Order Processing and Shipping:

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. We are committed to fulfilling orders promptly while ensuring thorough sanitization procedures are adhered to. We appreciate your understanding as our dedicated team works diligently to meet your expectations.

Once your order is collected by UPS or USPS, tracking information may take 1-2 days to update based on scanning times. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that USPS deliveries may encounter slight delays during certain times of the year. It’s important to mention that Delta-8 products are only sold in states where legally permitted.

Orders are processed every day, excluding National Holidays and Sundays. Yes, we do ship on Saturdays too! You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. We appreciate your patience as we strive to expedite your order efficiently. Rest assured, our products are worth the wait.


We aim to dispatch all items within 1 or 2 business days upon receipt and acceptance of your order. In the event of any delays affecting our standard shipping process, we will promptly communicate relevant updates on this site.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE, and any provided or requested delivery date is considered an estimate only. Dogtown Enterprises LLC shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including governmental actions.

All international sales are subject to applicable U.S. and foreign export controls. By placing an order through this website, you affirm your commitment to comply with all relevant export regulations. As the importer or exporter of record, you are responsible for securing all necessary licenses, permits, and authorizations. Customs and import duties, which vary by country, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost Packages:

In the rare event of a lost package during transit, Dogtown Enterprises LLC cannot be held responsible if tracking information indicates successful delivery by the U.S. Postal Service or the courier service. If tracking suggests delivery but the package is still lost, we advise checking with household members or family to ensure receipt without notification. This occurrence is not uncommon.

Packages Sent to the Wrong Address:

If a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer online, the customer assumes responsibility for the re-shipping costs. We will re-ship the order upon receipt of the returned package. Therefore, we urge customers to ensure accuracy when entering shipping details, as errors could significantly delay delivery.

For orders placed over the phone, we will verbally confirm the delivery address and other relevant information to ensure accuracy.
